NO, we only require the iPhone/iPad and battery.Please ensure your SIM card is removed. We accept no liability in the event that any phone that has been sent with its SIM card and charges are then incurred. You shall continue to be responsible for such charges.

Please then pack the phone or device into a box (the original manufacturer box is ideal) and secure the iPhone or iPad against movement or accidentally turning on.
